4. the restaurant 'Gemma 'is fantastic,,and if you don`t want to deal with the crowds,they`ll serve you in your room,very romantic!the bar is also great,they have a good mix of people but you don`t get the eurotrash and the 'bar hopers/losers'.

5. It was curious to me that they have actual room keys (not cards) attached to very large tassels so the desk does deal with each customer multiple times a day when they are dropping off and picking up their keys.
