Only (tiny) issues were that a miscommunication between the porter/front desk staff meant that my laptop bag was misplaced for 15-30mins (I had left it along with our luggage prior to our room being available to check-in) and an oversight meant that the milk and cookies turndown service that we had specially requested was forgotten for a few nights (but management made up for it by arranging for complimentary breakfasts for us on our final morning, as well as stacks of the yummiest choc chip cookies to send us to bed to!)The doormen even organised a town car for us on our way to the airport (at not much more than it would've cost for a taxi) which meant a luxurious goodbye to New York City.
