1. I expect total quiet when I'm spending that kind of money for a hotel.

2. The hotel was prompt to refund my money when I stayed one less night then I wanted to, and the concierge was very helpful in walking me through getting the free stays in the future (every 10 night stayed = 1 free night) amongst other things.
