1. I did extensive research on hotels as well as best location and we decided this area was the best for us as within walking distance to everything including Empire State Building, Times Square and Central Park.

4. The location is great - in mid-Manhattan, nice balance between an active city life and somewhat more quieter, 5 minute walk from Rockefeller center and Radio City music hall, convenient next to subway stops; it is not the most 'party' location of the city, but it is good.
