1. They also let us check in hours early, which was great as we had driven up from our last leg in San Diego and were exhausted.

10. The man who checked us in was very pleasant and check in took less than 5 minutes, we were given a pass to place in the front of the car that entitled us to free parking in the hotel car park (more about this later).
