1. The staff in the hotel were very helpful and very nice, Our room was grand, very clean and everything we needed was there, The complimentary breakfast in the morning was lovely.

6. The hotel is conveniently located behind the Hollywood and Highland Mall, in the middle of all the tourist attractions on the Walk of Fame, also accesible via the LA Metro Service, My room was clean and quiet, and the complimentary internet and breakfast were great.
