8. I'm not expecting to get any sort of refund but it's extremely bad customer service protocol to ignore justifiably unhappy customers; especially leaving the way that I did.

9. Please note that the parking space of the hotel is limited, but they will refund you if you can not park in the gated parking area of the hotel.
