1. The day we checked out, the nice young man at the front desk was very helpful in correcting our bill and asked to make sure there wasn't anything else he could do for us.

2. While all of these things were unacceptable for a hotel with such a high rate, what was so baffling to me was the fact that no one asked me how my stay was (even on check out when I was getting our bill adjusted!), tried to remedy any of these situations, or seem to really care about our stay.

3. The lady at the 'Welcome Desk' advised us that she had taken $65 off of our dinner bill in compensation.

6. When I saw the charge on my credit card statement, I rang them up and they told me it was a charge from the minibar and said can't do anything, I've to contact billing dept directly during the office hours (M-F/9-5).
