1. The housekeeping staff particularly make sure that your room is in excellent shape when you get home and have it feel like a home away from home.

7. If you are enrolled in their SPG rewards program, they have an eco-green program that allows you to get an additional 500 points for each day that you decline housekeeping to come into your room.
