7. When I saw the charge on my credit card statement, I rang them up and they told me it was a charge from the minibar and said can't do anything, I've to contact billing dept directly during the office hours (M-F/9-5).

10. This hotel does have some crazy charges though - wifi, valet parking, room service, etc. We asked for beach towels one day and they put a $50 charge on your card until you return them.
