1. Very well located to drive around LA, I always know what to expect : amazing comfort, friendly staff, excellent reception service and hotel amenities offer within a fun ambiance.

5. Most importantly, a commitment to good service has been apparent in my interaction with the staff during each visit (from the Welcome desk, to the Concierge, Housekeeping, and pool bar).
