1. They initially had a fellow from New York who was very attentive at check-in, but once he was gone the staff was slow, rude, and sometimes absent from locations one would expect staff to always be present (for help and security).

7. They were very helpful with directions, opening car doors, the trunk etc. Check-in was swift and I was in my room prior to the 3pm check-in time.
