2. We received our money back only after arguing with the people at registration desk and the manager of this crap hole, stay out of town a few miles you will save hundreds of dollars and have plenty of parking, the Hilton in Germantown for 99 dollars a night is wonderful free dinner, breakfast and clean updated rooms and very quiet, as for the staff at the Westin they should all be fired or at a minimum be trained in customer service, beware.
