This hotel had my credit card details on there computer system for 5 months this is unbeliveable also by this time exchange rates have change so room cost me another $20 I had to check back 5months to see if charge had been made all time and money I feel for a 4 star hotel very unprofessional ,poor service, and I would not stay there again there a far nicer hotels for a much better deal than this hotel SO watch your credit card if you use this hotel belive me there are much better hotels.

7. If I have to go to Memphis I would probably stay here again, but avoid Beale Street at all costs and bring my own food.
