We received our money back only after arguing with the people at registration desk and the manager of this crap hole, stay out of town a few miles you will save hundreds of dollars and have plenty of parking, the Hilton in Germantown for 99 dollars a night is wonderful free dinner, breakfast and clean updated rooms and very quiet, as for the staff at the Westin they should all be fired or at a minimum be trained in customer service, beware.

9. I called the hotel when I return to my home in Atlanta, and left messages for the general manager to call me to discuss my issues over our stay and to honor their word to take off roomservice as a courtesy.
