1. I looked for a place that would be safe that we could walk to Beale Street but that was also affordable and comfortable for our stay.

10. There is a lovely frozen cocktail bar on Beale street, (turn right on Beale Street when walking from from the hotel - it's a few bars down on the right hand side).
