6. I found out the hotel was pet friendly from a travel website, and although there were some lower priced hotels that allowed dogs, this hotel was definitely worth the money.

We received our money back only after arguing with the people at registration desk and the manager of this crap hole, stay out of town a few miles you will save hundreds of dollars and have plenty of parking, the Hilton in Germantown for 99 dollars a night is wonderful free dinner, breakfast and clean updated rooms and very quiet, as for the staff at the Westin they should all be fired or at a minimum be trained in customer service, beware.

8. This hotel had my credit card details on there computer system for 5 months this is unbeliveable also by this time exchange rates have change so room cost me another $20 I had to check back 5months to see if charge had been made all time and money I feel for a 4 star hotel very unprofessional ,poor service, and I would not stay there again there a far nicer hotels for a much better deal than this hotel SO watch your credit card if you use this hotel belive me there are much better hotels.
