1. We had bikes on the roof rack and 2 dogs in the car, and the doormen were very friendly and helpful in storing the bikes, telling us where to park, and bringing our luggage up to the hotel room.

7. Parking is expensive, yes, but parking seemed expensive and hard to find throughout downtown Memphis, you`ll be thankful for the in and out privileges, and the ability to park right near Beale.

8. Upon booking this hotel we were told they could accommodate a small u-haul trailer, well that is not the case, any of you planning a trip to this hotel beware, we were panhandled three times while waiting in the street due to the fact that the ignorant bell hops/parking attendants made it perfectly clear we could not unload our bags in front of their hotel, then demanding we move out of their way, gee no southern hospitality here, after driving ten hours I was ready to jump through the window and do damage to those disrespectful people, then the nerve to tell us to drive around to three places to try and find parking, in this area there are people wandering the street, I am sure even if we found a place to park my trailer would have been broken into not that they cared.
"Ignorant, Terrible Customer Relations, Misrepresentations!!!!!!!!!!!! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/23/2009 Vote
