Food wise we ate at Alfred's, on the corner overlooking Beale St, if you get a table on the roof you can watch the festivities and the ribs and pulled pork were delish, we did try the Redezvous for ribs but they were dry and did not fall off the bone so not to my taste however the ribs were good in BB King's also and the concierge recommended the 'Superior' for ribs although we did not get there in time as they had stopped serving food by 9pm.
