6. Booked with Am Ex Platinum card; upgraded to smoking suite by accident; asked to have linens changed by phone x 2 and front desk visit and finally happenend; did not want to hassle with room change; room large and gorgeous with all amenities including TV in bathroom mirror - very cool.

9. My room had very nice amenities, including robes, high end wine glasses, extremely comfortable bed, high pressure shower, etc. Turn down service was very nice, with ice bucket filled, bottled water left out, etc. I would definitely stay at a St.
