1. The conceriege, Leslie did a great job following up on our dinner reservation and when I expressed concern, she called the restaurant manager and spoke with them personally.

8. I have to also give a shout-out to the wonderful bartender in the St Regis bar -- I can't remember her name (sorry!) -- who was there every night, was so helpful on dinner suggestions and who makes an amazing Lemon Drop martini.
