1. There was no free internet access in the rooms, charge was around $13 dollars a day which for a hotel of this standard and charges we would have expected free.

3. When we saw the $118 charge on our bill at check-out, we realized we were mistaken!(Mind you, this was after one of the best restaurants in DC gave us free champagne and desserts after the bartender overheard us talking about our engagement while we were waiting for our table).
