7. I had booked the hotel through Expedia and had read the reviews on TripAdvisor but I was still blown away by the beauty of the hotel, the thoughtfulness and kindness of the staff, the location, the food and the exquisite taste of the room decor.

8. As an SPG Plat member, I was a bit disappointed we did not get upgraded to a suite, but the room was very nice with the type of traditional luxury decor you would expect at a St Regis.
