3. When we saw the $118 charge on our bill at check-out, we realized we were mistaken!(Mind you, this was after one of the best restaurants in DC gave us free champagne and desserts after the bartender overheard us talking about our engagement while we were waiting for our table).

5. I know it is not his fault that I did not have smaller bills, but I would not have expected him to have arranged for me to meet him the following day to tip him for a service I did not want, and then address me by my first name as if I was a friend and not a client.

6. I am sure he was trying to be helpful, but I only had large bills, and didn't think it warranted a $100 tip for blowing a whistle and flagging down a cab.

7. They billed me an extra $5 in error and when I mentioned it, they made a HUGE deal about correcting it.

8. Oh and for a final note, they overcharged me almost 150.00 in room service charges, thankfully I caught it, but after that stay i checked the bill expecting another problem and of course there was.
