6. Service was excellent, doormen remembered my girl's names for the four nights we were there during their spring break, concierge service was very helpful.

7. One minor annoyance was our sofa bed wasn't set up/turned down for us while we were out for dinner but I called the Butler service soonafter I returned and they immediately sent someone to take care of that for us.
