6. If you are looking for a wonderful hotel at a reasonable price (especially 'reasonable' by NYC standards) this is the hotel to pick.

7. But overall, my grandmother absolutely adored it (she played Nina Simone nonstop on the ipod dock), and for that reason, it deserves 5 stars.

9. The only reason I wouldn't stay there woudl be if I wanted to be in a trendier area like Meatpacking District or Soho.
