1. Our room was not huge but was lovely, modern and well-appointed: big, soft, comfy bed and pillows, bathrobes, great-smelling Bliss toiletries and a giant window overlooking the lake.

10. After letting the booking agent know we were staying for a special occasion, planned to use the Bliss Spa and have dinner at their on-site restaurant Wave, they gave me a very nice discount on the rooms and free breakfast for two (a big plus for the bride and a lucky friend the morning after.
