1. Take a quality hotel and spice it up with fun - cooler decor and quirky things like a telescope at the elevator landing and all of a sudden you are well rested and pleasantly surprised.

7. While my family was pleasantly surprised to find a huge DVD library free of charge for our use (besides the $25 refundable safety deposit), it took forever to have one unfriendly staff member deliver the DVD (this was after I volunteered to come down and get it myself).
