1. For some reason, they put a very shaggy/hairy cube on the bed spread.

2. My only reasons for 'very good' vs 'excellent' are:1) They have a 'window' with shutters that opens up from the bedroom to the bathroom and a sliding door to the bathroom.

3. Location is very nice - view of lake is gorgeous, walk to Navy Pier and little beach and park by lake is short (did need stroller, though) and lovely, and walking to restaurants, shopping, touristy areas is reasonable.

6. As a Platinum member, I was upgraded to a lakeview room on the 20th floor, very nice, although for some reason it seemed to be a bit loud outside, even 20 floors up.

7. The W Lakeshore is my first choice of hotel in Chicago and is the only place I choose to stay - not to mention the reasonable prices.
