Bottom line is we booked The W under the expectation of a somewhat professional adult atmosphere and were left to a week of self-indulgent, paper-thin customer service, hiding behind a mock-up of class and arrogance, surrounded by the exact type of travelers we wanted to avoid and only felt comfortable in Chicago outside of our hotel.
