1. The staff was warm and welcoming, check-in was smooth, and in the evening we were brought complimentary bottled water and cookies before bed.

7. It was about a 20minutes walk into the main shopping areas, like Rockafella Centre etc. The only downsides were no complimentary tea coffee facilities in the room, and the bar and restaurant are incredibly expensive.
