1. The door was very hard to get open, and if you gave the handle a really big tug, the entire cubicle swayed from side to side.

6. It took 10 minutes to figure out how to open the door of the in-room safe (pull the key straight up and a big steel plug will come with it permitting one to open the door).

9. They said that it was too large to park in the underground car park, but I don't think that the GMC Yukon was THAT big.

10. The king bed was very comfortable but our second room had what is called a 'queen' size in the USA but to Australians it is a double and really not very big at all.
