3. Have to positively commend the housekeeping staff for getting the rooms cleaned by 10am (without our request for them to do so.

6. The interiors look somewhat out of date, and it is less attractive on the inside than many comparable hotels, but the beds are extremely comfortable, the service was great, and there are lots of other little positives that I noticed by the end of my stay.
