1. front desk polite and friendly food and drink good and well priced the room we had was on the 8th floor 824 great views very clean and well maintained cleaned top to bottom every day location was handy for the metro just 4 blocks down buses 1 block away which would take you to santa monica and the hop on hop off bus across the road all in all good location quiet but not out in the sticks.

2. right at the top , the room had extras being on the top floor like robes and a safe unlike the other rooms, and the views were amazing as we faced the back, was a very comfortable stay, very clean , quiet .

3. Within minutes of looking at it, the front desk was very accomodating and moved me to a room on the southern side of the building that was very quiet.

9. Our first room was over air-conditioning and the noise was quite disturbing but upon our return the room we got was very quiet and we got a good night sleep.
