1. It was rarely staffed, the choice of alcoholic drinks was shocking (for example, they only had two bottles of each beer, except for Bud Light which is like drinking fizzy tap water) and the snacks were far too sparse as they were gone within minutes.

3. People were very nice & helpful, the restaurant was surprisingly fabulous ( except for the desserts, which tasted like they'd been in the refrigerator for quite a while)Would definitely recommend.

5. Overall, Staff very friendly except we wanted to go to West Hollywood and the Bellman called a friend 'Pablos Limousine' - he took us there at a reasonable rate and we cabbed back to hotel later.

7. Their willingness to go an extra mile (allowing much early check-ins, providing complimentary meals) and a very quick turn around on all requests made to them was exceptional).

9. To start off I was really impressed with the way Valet Parking treated me, I have been to other hotels and the service has been good, but these people were just exceptional; they were attentive, responsive and very courteous.
