1. front desk polite and friendly food and drink good and well priced the room we had was on the 8th floor 824 great views very clean and well maintained cleaned top to bottom every day location was handy for the metro just 4 blocks down buses 1 block away which would take you to santa monica and the hop on hop off bus across the road all in all good location quiet but not out in the sticks.

2. Besides, by offering an amenity and not cleaning the stain it just shows that they would prefer to buy a customer's good graces than actually work for it.

3. Too many other good hotels in the same area including the JW Marriott which is very nice.

4. We are in a Jr Suite which is a good size but the furniture is so uncomfortable that you really do not want to use it for any length of time.

6. Couple of things wish that could be improved: - the work desk should be replaced: it has two level, neither was good for a laptop- couple of lamp plug should be replaced, you can see the wire and metal connector, kind of dangerous- wish there could be a night light in the bathroom, - more blanket: if you turn off A/C / heater, it could be chilling during night.

7. The hotel is very nice, with good location in downtown, easily accessible by freeway on bus, without walking distance to Staple Center, many restaurants nearby.

8. Had two breakfasts here, one a good quality English breakfast and the second an expensive but out of this world quality granola breakfast.
