1. From the friendly and very helpful staff, spacious rooms and nice amenities its my hotel of choice in Los Angeles.

7. The room I was in had an old tube-style TV rather than a flat screen, and wired internet instead of wireless -- so a few updates to the amenities in the rooms might be nice.
