1. My only complaint was that as guests, we did get 'lost in the shuffle' a bit and the staff was a bit short - we had a few questions as to parking and payment, and every time we approached someone behind the desk with a question, the person looked at us like we were crazy.

2. We had a rental car (which I highly recommend getting if you are visiting the SoCal area) and were able to park at the hotel for a reasonable amount per night.

3. After shelling out $150+ per night, including $20 to park in what can be best described as a clusterfxck of an underground garage, I was a little pissed when I realized there was no free internet access anywhere in the hotel.

10. I have to mention that if you do decide to park yourself, the parking lot goes down to six levels underground and even then, it's still hard to find parking, especially in the weekends when there are events in the hotel ballroom.
