3. Pros: very clean rooms and common areas, well serviced, comfortable beds, nice linens, nicely appointed rooms (middle of the road appointments in a contemporary style), airport shuttle was punctual and pleasant, the food venues were pretty good for meeting our needs.

Cons: Customer service could have been better i.e. the valet copped us some attitude when we needed to leave the car for 3 minutes to drop off some stuff in our room; although I had booked 2 rooms 6 months ago and had asked for adjoining rooms, while we were given rooms on the same floor, they were not well colocated.

6. Great service at check in, I asked the young lady, if after I got to my room & relaxed for a while could I come back to reception, & have her check my flights for the next morning but she checked them immediately for me.

8. We did not actually stay here but want to tell everyone about our experience briefly that perfectly described the customer service we got and as a result of this, we will never return to this hotel if we needed to fly out from LAX.
