2. We had a late check-out and the maid was very helpful providing us with extra towels for a late shower and additional milk for the coffee 'machine' - again, all provided with a smile and offers of further assistance if we needed it.

3. The bathroom towels were soft, the bed linens were soft and high quality, the pillows were cushy, and the bed was amazingly comfortable (all very typical of Hilton linens/beds).

10. Bathroom very small though (came here from a budget hotel in Las Vegas where the bathroom was HUGE!), plenty of hot water, toiletries, great towels, etc. Filter coffee machine in room which was very good, requested more coffee and housekeeper brought us loads.
