1. Cons: Customer service could have been better i.e. the valet copped us some attitude when we needed to leave the car for 3 minutes to drop off some stuff in our room; although I had booked 2 rooms 6 months ago and had asked for adjoining rooms, while we were given rooms on the same floor, they were not well colocated.

3. The valet was helpful as we arranged to meet relatives at an airport restaurant and had just missed the free shuttle, so he gave us a life there.
