5. I wouldn't recommend including breakfast as part of your room booking and just opt for someting off the a la carte when you are there as I have seen better breakfast offerings, but this is really minor point.

7. included in rate, great place for short time, not a place to be close to sightsee, but recommend it for a quick stop, because the neighborhood is no place to walk around,but beautiful inside.

10. Hotel is in need of updating and I wouldn't recommend it for extended stays for conferences or extended business travel, but for staying close to LAX, it's very well suited.
