1. That was quickly resolved by the Front Desk Manager who got me tucked into a very nice room (recently renovated) and had me on my way upstairs.

9. The Bed and Pillows were soo comforable having endured an 11 hour flight from the UK, in fact Mr Manager, who is the supplier of the mattress cover and pillows as we would like to purchase these.

10. I didn't realize when I booked the room that with a suite comes access to the tower lounge (breakfast, managers reception and dessert).
