3. The executive lounge views of the runaway were good, though the lounge, as typical in US Hiltons, offered pretty disappointing food etc. The meals we ate in the restaurant and downstairs were very nice, and also from room service in the two times we stayed there.

10. When we did surface, the concierge was very informative and was able to help us find a shopping centre to organise communications etc. My only suggestion would be to include some kids meals on the room service menu, certainly that would be my only gripe.
