3. Checkout was simple and efficient, but if you need to use the free shuttle to the airport be prepared to wait a while, the queues can get quite long.

The hotel shuttle runs regularly (as it does for most hotels) and whilst the hotel's interior is rather 'tired' (again, not on there own here) the thing that puts the Hilton ahead of others is the service and quick, easy, painless checkin/checkout which is exactly what you need after a long flight and are desperate for some sleep or rushing to the airport for an early morning flight.
