1. Other restaurants within walking distance you can try are in Marriott, its only a block away.

2. Very limited hours of the full service restaurant did not allow us to check it out, but there are many great restaurant options in Manhattan Beach, which is about a 10 minute car ride fom the hotel.

4. There's a great Carls Junior burger restaurant within a few minutes walk from the hotel and the hire car pick up / drop offs are only a short ride awayOverall, it's functional,clean and corporate.

5. The executive lounge views of the runaway were good, though the lounge, as typical in US Hiltons, offered pretty disappointing food etc. The meals we ate in the restaurant and downstairs were very nice, and also from room service in the two times we stayed there.

6. You were within 10-20 minutes of Venice, Santa Monica, downtown, Hollywood, etc. It's not set up for family in reality as you don't have a refrigerator to store leftovers or simple stuff for breakfast (Their fantastic restaurant Andiamo is rather expensive for family dining).
