5. BAD POINTS Elevators, only three for 27 floors, u could sometimes wait upto 10 mins for one and if you're up high or carrying luggage that's a lot of flights to walk and when one dose come its full aghhhh.

8. However, we were quite disappointed at the 'tired' state of the bedrooms and bathrooms, which were badly in need of refurbishment Apart from the decor, we really enjoyed our stay there, the staff are so friendly and helpful and we could find no other faults in this hotel.

9. at 10pm, you expect this earlier in the day but not at that time and if that was not bad enough when we got to the room it was awful and not what we booked.
