1. It is an old building, and the furnishings & wallpaper are a bit dated & worn, but they were clean.

8. great location 2 mins central park 5 mins times square yes the hotel is a bit worn here and there but found it very clean room was a decent size two double beds in two rooms with two bathrooms .
