4. Hated that there was only one lift that brought us up and down on our side, we were on the 7th floor, was such a nightmare, when we were leaving because everyone seem to be leaving the hotel at the same time we queued for half an hour to get into it, but as the lift is so small, my Husband had to go alone with his luggage, while i had to wait for the lift to come up.

6. the tv in room 443 would only work with the remote, the buttons on the tv didnt work with it, the bathroom sink leaked non-stop, great views of an alley wall from what window we had with the window a/c there, outlets with no outlet covers (which violates building code), the room smelled, and it was an overall nightmare.
