It has all the usual mod cons but can get a little cramped when you bring all the shopping back each day due to
lack
of storage space.

By now we thought we would just put up with it and complain to the agent when we returned (we would be doing this anyway because of the
lack
of booking).

Initially we were surprised at the
lack
of tea & coffee facilities in the room, but I guess this is New York, and with so many eateries (including a Starbucks across the road), the hotel probably feels it unnecessary.

The biggest gripe has to be the
lack
of free WiFi - $15/day, that's half my monthly rate at home.

Starbucks is across the street (no
lack
of Starbucks, though) along with a deli, if you want to grab a yogurt or piece of fruit.

The bathroom was small and old, nothing fancy for sure, but it had a good, hot shower not
lack
ing in water pressure (a pet peeve of mine).

I told the front desk this review was upcoming because it shows a complete
lack
of understanding the customers of the new millennium.
